Square deposits: what data does Bookkeep post

Square debit, checking, and savings account transactions are not visible to Bookkeep​

Due to recent changes by Square, they do not provide all financial transactions for posting. Square does not provide visibility into any transactions that occur in the following Square accounts:

  • Square checking accounts
  • Square savings accounts
  • Square debit card accounts

For the listed accounts above, if there are any withdrawals/deposits in or out of these accounts to your bank, Square does not expose that data to external providers such as Bookkeep. Feel free to contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
