Links to the Posting in your Accounting Platform

Bookkeep's automated journal entries need to be easily located within your accounting platform. For any journal entry posting that we created in your accounting platform, we provide a direct link to the entry from Bookkeep. Below we will explore how to easily navigate to the journal entry.

Xero Manual Journal Example​

Below is an example sales summary posted to Xero. By clicking the "View in Xero" link, you will open a new page directly to this manual journal, as shown below.

Xero Bank Transaction (Deposit) Example​

Below is an example deposit posted to Xero. By clicking the "View in Xero" link, you will open a new page directly to this bank transaction entry, as shown below.

QuickBooks Online Example​

Below is an example sales summary posted to QuickBooks Online. By clicking the link in the Posted column (in this example the 511), you will open a new page directly to this journal entry, as shown below.

You may be working in a different QuickBooks file, so the link may not directly open. You can change the file within QuickBooks, or we provide an easy link within the "Activity View." Switch QBO Button
